Step One - Overview of Faculty Refresh Selection Fulfillment
After login, you will see the Workstation Selection page for your College. Click Faculty Refresh to see Available Faculty Refresh selections. Among options from the other tabs, you can also see faculty who have Deferred for the current cycle, see the Standard Workstation configurations and enhancement options, and see an Overview of faculty selections.
Step Two - Review Faculty Selections
The last column indicates what Actions you need to take. Fulfill Request will appear for Faculty who have made selections, and a red flag next to the name indicates a request for enhancement. You can click Configure to adjust a selection that has been fulfilled. Faculty can change their selection at any time up to the deadline. You will need to go back and re-fulfill requests that have changed. Faculty who have Deferred will no longer appear as Available Faculty for the current cycle.
Step Three - Fulfill Request
If there is only a blue flag, click Fulfill Request to finalize selection. If there is a red flag, you will need to consult with the faculty on which enhancement they want and provide the cost (listed price is pre-tax). Memory, storage, and the 27" iMac are the enhancements offered through the Refresh. All other requests must be purchased internally. If approved by the Department, add the enhancement and chartfield when fulfilling the request.

Step Five - Communication to Faculty
Faculty will receive these automatic communications:
- Confirmation of selection or deferral
- Reminder of selection or to make a selection
- Approval of enhancement
Step Six - Check Faculty Eligibility
If faculty not currently eligible have questions about their eligibility, you can refer to the Faculty Refresh Roster to see when faculty are eligible.
