Step One
Navigate to https://labspace.sfsu.edu using Google Chrome. Please make sure you use Chrome, as it supports HTML 5 receiver
Step Two
Log in using your 9 digit SF State ID and password
Step Three
Open the desired application in Labspace. For the purpose of this document, we will open SPSS
Step Four
Open your Labspace app and click on the HTML 5 receiver icon on the right side of your screen
Step Five
Click on the upload icon
Step Six
Browse to your computer to open the file
Step Seven
Browse to the Citrix location where you want to upload your file. Click OK
Congratulations! Now your file is on Labspace!
Step Eight
Now that your file is on Labspace, go to back to your Labspace app and click on “Open” to open the file. Then browse to the location where you saved the file
Step Nine
Click on the file name and finally on “Open”

This only refers to SPSS. Big question is how do you upload entire folders to Labspace or file types that apps may recognize but are not necessarily registered with Labspace. This is needed for GIS apps.
