This document applies to faculty with approved access to Nvivo via Labspace.  In Labspace some users may experience performance problems if the Nvivo recovery file is configured for the default file path.  Changing the recovery file path may resolve the performance problem for some users.

 

1. In your Nvivo project, click the File menu:

 

2. Click on Project Properties

 

3. In Project Properties, click on Save and Recovery

 

4. In the Save and Recovery tab, you can choose the Recover file location by clicking on the browse button:

Optionally, you can change or disable the save reminders:

 

5. In the Browse dialog box, please select Desktop, and then click OK

 

6. When you return to the Project Properties dialog box, click OK.
