Embedding TikToks into a Page

I've been using the HTML editor to customize some of the pages in my Canvas page, but noticed that embedding a TikTok video doesn't work. The textual caption from the video will show up, but not the video itself. Is there a known reason for that, or should I keep tinkering with the code? Thank you!

  I haven't attempted to embed tiktok videos in a class, but if TikTok is adding any sort of javascript or tracking code in the embed, it likely will not work in Canvas. Canvas is also pretty stringent about what gets displayed, so if the embed isn't using a secure site (https), it'll also not load correctly. If you email us at at@sfsu.edu with the exact course and resource you're trying to do this in, we can take a look.
