Design Tool in Canvas

Hi,

Will we have access to the Design Tool feature in Canvas? I currently don't see this in the sandbox course when I "edit" my pages. I would like to create a homepage that contains a list of the modules included in the course and I can't create this without the Design Tool feature.

  If you are referring to cidi labs Design Plus, that is a third party tool that is not part of Canvas and the campus does not have a license for.
