Can we migrate NOW into a Fall Canvas Course? Or do we need to wait till May?

I plan to try Canvas for 2 courses in the Fall semester.  Can I import my current Spring sections of these courses into Canvas to get started now??

  Without going too into the weeds with the technical details, this is not possible quite yet as it requires an integration with the campus schedule system to pull the proper enrollments. However, we will be making a page available on https://classdata.sfsu.edu where faculty will be able to opt-in their Fall courses in the first week of May in conjunction with Fall courses being made available in iLearn. This interface will allow faculty to select which courses they want to see in Canvas instead of iLearn. Example screenshots below.
