Which iLearn format for YouTube videos will Canvas import correctly. I know URL doesn't work, but will an embedded video in a Label or Page work?

  URL will work, you just need to adjust the URL settings after import. Embedded videos may not fully carry over.

  I have URL Appearance in iLearn set to "New window" for all the YouTube videos, but Canvas doesn't recognize that, so now I need to manually check "new window" for every video?

  Correct, it's a setting you need to adjust on the Canvas side after import.
