    I am not totally sure I understand the question. If you mean “full access to support”, aside from our general help line, we have 24/7 support available from Canvas itself that students have access to. 

    If you mean “full access to iLearn”, for your class, no. Once you move your class to Canvas, students will access your class in Canvas. Only classes that are opted in to Canvas are in Canvas, though. Any other class that hasn’t opted in will be in iLearn, generally students will log on to iLearn anyway as both iLearn and Canvas class links will be listed for them within iLearn.
