How di I import from my SANDBOX into my ACTUAL COURSE (I opted into Canvas for fall)

I already imported my course into my Sandbox in Canvas

NOW after playing around with it (I have found it MORE INTUITIVE and easier than iLearn!!!!), I opted to use Canvas in the fall.  

Does anyone know how to import from my Sandbox into my Course?

  In your fall course, click on the import link in the right hand navigation. Select canvas from the options, then choose your sandbox from the drop down menu.
