uploading images
AnsweredThe images I'm uploading aren't displaying. I've tried jpg & png. Any ideas what the issue might be? Thanks!

Please email at@sfsu.edu with a link to the page where this is happening and we can assist you there. You can also, however, contact Canvas support directly as we have 24/7 support from them during our implementation phase. Their contact info can be found in the help icon in the leftmost navigation.

Teresa, this problem - where the images don't display - happens to me when I have been working in Canvas for a long time, and I have found that it is a login issue. iLearn / Canvas thinks that I have been idle too long; if I log in again to SFSU via iLearn, the Canvas images restore themselves.
I don't know if this solution will work for you, but I wanted to mention it in case it helps.
