Teachers can make a request for the Library to purchase a media title in DVD or other formats, should the desired film is not already available in the Library media collection. Follow these steps to make a request:

1. Visit the Library website at http://library.sfsu.edu.
2. On the mid left-hand corner, underneath Quick Links, select Suggestions & Comments.

   

3. In the Suggest a Purchase section, select Faculty Media Purchase Request.

   

4. Log-in to your SFSU account to access and complete the request form.
