The Library has both physical and streaming media available for use. VHS and DVD media are available for checkout in LIB 80. Online films are available for access anywhere with an internet connection.
To find what films the Library has available:
- Visit the Library website at http://library.sfsu.edu/.
- Select Books & Media underneath the search bar at the top.
- Enter the desired keyword(s) into the search bar.
- On the drop-down menu to the immediate right of the search bar, make sure Books & Media (SF State) is selected.
- In the results column, media is noted as having either online access or available at Media & Equipment Library Media Collection Ground Floor.
- Physical media is denoted as either DVD or Videocassette, with its location indicated as Library Media Collection Ground Floor.
- Visit the Media Collection in LIB 80 to check out a physical copy of the resource.
- Streaming media is denoted as Video or DVD, with its location indicated as Online access.
- Select Online access to take you to a page where you can stream the media on any computer or mobile device.
- Physical media is denoted as either DVD or Videocassette, with its location indicated as Library Media Collection Ground Floor.
- Select the title of any film to take you to a page with more information such as summary and run-time.
