To join an existing meeting

Zoom room devices work best when you set up a meeting ahead of time. The Zoom Room device is only a way for you to connect to a pre-existing meeting and not entirely intended to manage your meetings.

Note: In order to join a meeting in a Zoom room you will need to know the meeting ID and the meeting passcode.

1. Tap Join on the touch screen
   
2. Type in your meeting ID
   
3. Tap Join on the display
   
4. Type in your meeting passcode using the on screen keyboard
   

 

To start a new meeting

1. Tap New Meeting on the display
