Controlling a meeting from your own device
If you prefer to control the Zoom Room from your own mobile device rather than touching the screen, you can do so. All of the same controls available on the touch screen are available on the controller app.
Note: Before you are able to control a meeting from your own device you will need to download and install the Zoom Room controller app from your device's app store.
- Open the Zoom Room Controller app on your phone
- If the room does not appear in the list, tap the Control Nearby Room button. The app will search for the room. If it cannot automatically find it, enter the room pairing key (shown in the upper left corner of the in-room display)
