College Staff Teams - Appointment Services
College staff teams will only build appointment availability for the services that correspond with the college they serve. For example, Lam Family College of Business (LFCOB) advisors will make appointment availability for the services that end with LFCOB.
When building appointment availability, in the service field, type a college abbreviation, and your services will auto-filter for the college. Select a service and repeat the process until you have selected all the appointment services.
Drop-in Services
There are two drop-in services for each team; one is for virtual appointments, and the other is for on-campus drop-in appointments. Do not include these services in the availability record for general appointments.
Note: When completing the appointment summary report, staff can select additional services to provide other data about the topics covered during the drop-in appointment.
