The Razer Seiren BT microphone can connect to a computer or mobile device using Bluetooth, enabling the user to walk away from their device or computer and still be heard in Zoom or other video recording software.

Note: This is a bluetooth microphone. Your computer or mobile device needs to have bluetooth in order for this microphone to work.

Pairing to a Windows computer

1. Open Bluetooth & other devices in Settings. Typically this can be found by clicking on the bluetooth icon in your Windows taskbar (shown in the screenshot below) or by opening Settings from your start menu and searching for bluetooth
   
2. Select Add Bluetooth or other device
   
3. Select Bluetooth
4. On the microphone, press and hold the button on the side until the blue light on the bottom blinks blue
   
5. Select the device from the list on your computer
   
6. When the dialog says Your device is ready to go! select Done

Pairing on a mac

1. From the Apple menu, select System Settings
2. Select Bluetooth
   
3. On the microphone, press and hold the button on the side until the blue light on the bottom blinks blue
   
4. Select the microphone from the list
   

Using the microphone in Zoom

Before your meeting

1. Open the Zoom app on your computer
2. Select Settings (the gear wheel icon)
3. Select Audio
4. From the Microphone drop down menu, select the bluetooth microphone
   
5. Make sure the Speaker drop down menu is set to whatever you normally use (headphones or computer speakers)

During a meeting

If you did not change your audio settings before the meeting, you can do so from within a meeting.
