What's included
The kit comes with the camcorder itself, two different bases for tripods, a selfie-stick with phone mount and camera controls, a wireless microphone, a usb charging cable with two USB-C ends and a mini tripod. A memory card is preinstalled in the camera, and a microSD to SD card adapter is included in the case.
Recording video
To record video you must first turn on the camera by pressing and holding the button directly to the right of the red record button.
Alternatively if you wish to record a video in selfie mode, press and hold the button on the side of the camera to have the camera rotate to face you.
Press the red record button to begin your recording.
The red light above the record button will blink red to indicate that you are recording. To stop your recording, press and hold the record button until you see a stop button appear on the screen. Tap the stop button on the screen to stop the recording.

Accessing files
Using the included USB cable, plug the USB-C end marked with the USB symbol into the camera while the camera is turned on.
The camera will ask you if you want to connect to a computer. Select Accept.
The screen will fade to black, and the camera will appear as a flash drive on your computer. Video and photos are located in the DCIM folder.
Remember: Copy your videos and photos to your computer. Once you know your files are safe on your own computer, delete them from the camera before returning.
Saving Captured Media on MacOS
1. Open Finder.
2. On the navigation menu, under Locations, select the USB drive (by default the card will be named Untitled). Then, double-click the folder called DCIM.
3. Double-click on either folder, both will contain media content.
4. Select the files you want to save.
Note: You can either Drag & Drop your files directly to the computer's desktop or to a local folder. Or, right-click on the file, select copy from the menu, then paste the files into the desired destination.
Saving Captured Media on Windows PC
1. Open Windows File Explorer.
2. On the left navigation menu, under This PC, select the USB Drive.
3. Double-click on the folder named DCIM.
4. Double-click on either folder, both will contain media content.
5. Select the files you want to save.
Note: You can either Drag & Drop your files directly to the computer's desktop or to a local folder. Or, right-click on the file, select copy from the menu, then paste the files into the desired destination.
Saving Captured Media using the MicroSD card
Included in the DJI Pocket 2 Kit is a microSD card reader, which can be used to transfer your captured media from the device to your computer.
1. Eject the MicroSD card from the DJI Pocket 2.
2. Insert the MicroSD into the microSD card reader.
3. Insert the card reader into a computer or hub that supports SD cards.
4. Follow the steps from either saving captured media on macOS or on Windows PC.
Basic Functions and Controls
Power on/off
Power on or off the DJI Pocket 2 by holding down the power button on the right side of the unit.
Accessing the main camera menu
Access the main camera menu by swiping up on the touchscreen.
Accessing the settings menu
Access the settings menu by swiping from the top of the touchscreen to the bottom. Then, click on the gear icon.
View Media Playback
To view captured media, swipe from the left side of the touchscreen to the right side. Swipe from right to left to get back to the camera.
Flipping the camera
Swipe up from the bottom of the touchscreen to the top. Select the upper right camera icon.
Switching camera modes
To switch between camera modes- Video, Photo, Pano, Timelapse, and HDR Video, swipe from the right side of the touchscreen to the left.
Changing adapters
Push with force on the right edge of the adapter out towards the left. Slide the other adapter into place.
Using the included accessories
Do-it-all handle
The DJI Do-it-all handle provides a better grip when holding the DJI Pocket 2 and enables the device to capture audio from the wireless mic transmitter.
Wireless mic
The DJI Pocket 2 kit includes a wireless mic transmitter, which enables you to capture audio without using the camera itself.
