Step One
Open your Outlook client and click on “Calendar” at the bottom-left corner of your screen
Step Two
Click on “Calendar Permissions” on the toolbar at the top of the screen
Step Three
Click on “Add” button
Step Four
Type the name of the person with whom you want to share your calendar. Once found in the address book, click on “Add” button. Click on “OK”
Step Five
Use the drop-down menu to set the permission level you want the person to have. When selected, click “Apply”
