Following the recent email migration (Winter 2019), Apple Mail users may have a problem reconnecting to email.
To correct this:
- Open Apple Mail
- In the upper left-hand corner, click Mail
- Click Preferences
- When the preferences window opens, click Accounts.
- Uncheck the tick box "Automatically manage connection settings"
- In the Internal URL and External URL fields, enter: outlook.office365.com
- Click the save button in the lower right corner of the preferences window.
- Quit Apple Mail and then re-open Apple Mail.
