This document applies to faculty, staff, and eligible students that may want Adobe applications installed on personally-owned computers for University business.

Note: Only students in the following majors have access to Adobe software through San Francisco State University:

• Journalism
• BECA
• School of Design
• Art
• Cinema

Students who want licenses but are not in one of the majors listed above can request a license via the CSU Entertainment Alliance

1. On a web browser, go to: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop 
2. Input your SFSU email address and select 'continue'. 
3. If prompted on the next page, select 'Company or School account'. 
   

   

4. You will then be re-routed to the SF State Global Login page. Enter in your SFSU credentials.

   

5. Once you have signed in, download the Creative Cloud Application.

   

6. Once installed, launch the Adobe Creative Cloud application. You will be prompted to sign in again. Input your SFSU email address and select 'continue'. 
7. Select ''Company or School account', if prompted. 
8. You will then be re-routed to the SF State Global Login page. Enter in your SFSU credentials.
9. Once signed in, all available apps will be in the 'All Apps' tab on the left pane.
10. You will then be able to install Adobe applications. Select Install on the applications that you would like to install on your machine.
