This document applies to faculty, staff, and eligible students that may want Adobe applications installed on personally-owned computers for University business.

Note: As of September 16, 2025, all regular university students, faculty and staff can access the full adobe creative cloud suite including Adobe Express and Firefly.

1. On a web browser, go to: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop 
2. Enter your SFSU email address and select Continue. 
3. If prompted on the next page, select Company or School account. 
   

   

4. You will then be re-routed to the SF State Global Login page. Enter in your SFSUID@sfsu.edu (example: 912345678@sfsu.edu).

   

5. Once you have signed in, download the Creative Cloud Application.

   

6. Once installed, launch the Adobe Creative Cloud application. You will be prompted to sign in again. Enter your SFSU email address, then select Continue.

8. Select Company or School account, if prompted. 
9. You will then be re-routed to the SF State Global Login page. Enter in your SFSUID@sfsu.edu.
10. Once signed in, all available apps will be in the 'All Apps' tab on the left pane.
11. You will then be able to install Adobe applications. Select Install on the applications that you would like to install on your machine.
