While all emeriti are eligible for MS Office Online (available on the web without download via https://office.com) and an SFSU email address, emeriti who are actively involved in university service or university-related scholarly work may request a full license of MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud. Access to these licenses afford eligible emeriti the ability to download MS Office and Adobe applications and install it on non-university computers.
A Community-member appointment made by a department chair or other appropriate department sponsor within your academic department is required to document your active work with the university.
These licenses are limited in quantity and eligibility requirements may change in the future.
Your department/college should complete the HR Campus Community Member request form linked below:
https://sfsu.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=f9302846db4df810c420102139961977
Community-member appointment must be renewed every year. Community-member status does not automatically renew. Neglecting to renew your community-member status will result in interruption in your access to any of the services you have been approved to use.
Once community-member status has been established, eligible emeriti faculty can request and Office / Adobe license by emailing at@sfsu.edu.
