Summary
This document will guide you through the steps on how to save a document as PDF using a PC. The example shown will cover how to save a webpage (open in Firefox) as a PDF document.
Step One
Open Firefox and browse to the webpage you wish to save as PDF. For the purpose of this document, we will use Google.com
Step Two
Click on the “Menu” icon in the toolbar at the top-right corner of your screen
Step Three
Select the option “Print”
Step Four
You will see a preview of the document. Click on the “Print” button on the top-left corner of your screen
Step Five
Select “Adobe PDF” from the drop-down menu shown under “Printer” and “Name”. Then click OK.
Step Six
A window will pop-up and you will be able to name your file and save it to the location you prefer
Note: Please note that when trying to print from a webpage, first you need to save it as a PDF as shown in this guide, and then you can print the PDF document.
Additional Information
Following the procedure outlined in this document you can save other types of files (i.e. JPEG, WORD, etc…) to PDF. As explained in this document, you will need to choose “Print” and then select “Adobe PDF” as “Printer Name”.
