- Click the Windows Start menu
- Type: File Explorer (alternatively, you can press the Window and E key on your keyboard)
- Select This PC from the left pane. Then, on the Computer tab, select Map network drive.
- Select a drive from the drop-down menu next to “Drive” and type your folder path into the “Folder” box. The path will be provided to you by Academic Technology Desktop Team. An example of a path is: \\servername\sharename. Click on “Finish” button.
Note: If you receive an error message, try logging off your computer. When you log on again, try the process again. If you are still experiencing issues, please call Academic Technology Desktop Team at (415) 405 – 5562.
