Canvas Studio is Canvas' in-house video platform, which can be used to upload new media that can then be added to a course.
1. Log in to Canvas via https://canvas.sfsu.edu/.
2. From the Global Navigation menu, select Studio.
3. In the top right corner of My Library, select Add.
4. To find a video file from your device, select Browse Files. Locate and choose the video file from your device.
After selecting the video file, Canvas will automatically begin uploading it to Studio. The video will then appear in My Library and begin processing.

Once the video has finished processing, you can then add your media to a specific course using a variety of methods.

Changing the title of Canvas Studio content
1. Log in to Canvas via https://canvas.sfsu.edu/.
2. From the Global Navigation menu, select Studio.
3. Find the video listed in the My Library section of Canvas Studio, hover your cursor over the video, then select View.
4. Below the video player, select the Details tab.
5. Select Edit details.
4. Once you have finished editing, select Save in the lower right corner.
